| Tammy Phillips is an artist from North Pole, Alaska. Watercolors are one of her favorite mediums and she often uses other materials to enhance her artwork. She is a member of the Fairbanks Watercolor Society, the North Pole Art League and is a Tanana Valley Master Gardener. She has been accepted into juried shows. She believes there is an "artist" in all of us waiting to be nurtured. |
